What are the Shipping Times?

Shipping times are based on Canada Post shipping times. I use regular mail not express services.

Within Canada:

• Local mail: 2 business days
• Within Ontario: 3 business days
• Nationally: 4 business days

U.S.A.

• 4-6 Business days

Internationally:

• 4-7 business days

**Please note this shipping times may vary and depend on Canada post- they are just an estimate. 

 

Will my parcel have tracking?

Tracking is only included with embroidery pieces. I do not have tracking for postcards, stickers, and notebooks (as of now) in order to reduce shipping fees.

However, if you order these items with an embroidery hoop- yes you will get a tracking code.
