Refund policy

If your packaged arrives and there is a problem please reach out to me within 24 hours at thread.for.days@gmail.com or through my contact page.

If there are damages please email photos so I can assess the issue.

Refunds will only be granted on an individual basis and in extreme cases.

For exchanges; If the item is faulty/incorrect it will need to be returned in it's unused original condition before an exchange can be made.
